SdsN178
SdsN178 overproduction affected one mRNA, casA, which showed a 2-fold increase and only partial of nfsA,hmpA, and narP. The 5´-end sequence of SdsN178 is extremely AU rich Hao Y,2016
SdsN137
SdsN137 is transcribed from a sigma&;S-dependent promoter. Overexpression regulates negatively four mRNAs related to the metabolism of and response to nitrogen compounds: nfsA, hmpA, ybjC, and the response regulator narP. Other transcripts are regulated by SdsN137 and do not fall into a single category: cya, uraA, inaA, and rluA are downregulated and fliC and ymfT are upregulated. nfsA, hmpA, and narP were identified as base pairs directly regulated by SdsN137 Hao Y,2016
The SdsN137 transcript could be also a processed transcript, since it is within the sdsN gene. There, a Rho-independent terminator with the absolute cordinates 1997022 to 1997057 falls within the sdsN gene.
SdsN124
SdsN124 is a processed form from SdsN178 and SdsN137 transcripts and accumulates maximally after 20 h of growth in M63 glucose medium. SdsN124 represses nfsA and hmpA Hao Y,2016
